Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens celebrated National Public Gardens Day on Friday May 7, 2010. With free admission and a beautiful day, the Gardens welcomed all.

The 19th Annual Art in the Garden is a celebration of fine art and fine craft. Featuring local musicians and Mendocino County vintners pouring their best wines. Gourmet picnic baskets and a variety of foods are available for visitors to purchase and enjoy.

Concentric Sphere -A sculpture by Richard Yaski
The Mendocino Botanical Gardens is privileged to exhibit a monumental sculpture by acclaimed artist Richard Yaski. Located between the perennial garden and the dry garden, "Concentric Sphere," three rings of welded steel, 8 feet in diameter, 20 feet long, and weighing thousands of pounds was recently installed at the beginning of June.
